Zero data retention (ZDR)

Route only to providers that do not retain your prompt data.

Some upstream providers retain prompts for their own policies; others commit to zero retention. Enable the ZDR routing preference to restrict your traffic to endpoints with no-retention commitments.

ZDR narrows the provider pool, which can reduce fallback options. Combine it with model fallbacks for resilience.
