The service

JACKZ.AI provides a unified API gateway to third-party AI models, prepaid balance billing, and Compute Contracts (prepaid capacity released on a schedule). The service is operated by Jackz Intelligent Technology Limited, Tokyo, Japan.

Accounts and keys

You are responsible for your API keys and all activity under them. Keep keys secret and revoke compromised keys immediately.

Billing

Gateway usage is billed per token against your prepaid balance at the list prices shown on the models page. Balances are non-refundable except as required by law. Failed generations are not billed.

Compute Contracts

Compute Contracts are a prepaid service — capacity released as usage allowance over the contract term. They are not an investment product, security, or deposit; no yield, buy-back, resale or return is promised or implied. Unused or expired allowances are handled per these terms.

Acceptable use

No illegal content, no abuse, no attempts to circumvent limits or billing, no reselling access without written agreement. Upstream provider usage policies also apply to the models you call.

Availability

We target high availability through multi-provider routing but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and incidents are posted on the status page.

Liability

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Model outputs are generated by third-party models; we are not responsible for their content.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
