What we collect

Account details (email, authentication identifiers), billing information processed by our payment providers, API request metadata (timestamps, model slugs, token counts), and support correspondence.

Prompt and completion data

Prompts and completions pass through the gateway to the upstream provider serving the model you selected. We do not use your prompt or completion content to train models. Provider-side logging behavior varies by provider and endpoint; see the data-collection guide in our docs for how to select endpoints with stricter handling.

How we use data

To operate the gateway (routing, billing, abuse prevention), to provide support, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and as required by law. API metadata is retained for operations and billing integrity, then aggregated or deleted.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

International transfer

We operate from Japan and route traffic globally. By using the service you understand that request data transits the regions required to serve your selected model.
